6. Event photography
7. Soft, dirt trails - In addition to the regular running benefits such as improved fitness level and potential weight loss, trail running is also a lot better on the joints. The surface you run on is more absorbent and therefore produces fewer shocks on your feet, knees and back than any hard road. Athletes who suffer from things like shin splints and knee problems often report that they don’t experience these problems while trail running.
8. Beautiful scenery - When people think of running, they may picture running on concrete sidewalks or asphalt roads amidst the pollution from cars and noise from traffic. Now picture trail running – running over soft dirt trails amid beautiful outdoor scenery. A quiet, serene landscape. Breathing in cleaner air. If you are the type that loves being in beautiful, outdoor settings, then trail running is for you. It’s better for your mind, body and spirit.

Due to the out and back nature of this race, we are not allowing dogs on the course.
